I’m a little sad, but then again I’m not a big fan of turkey meat (unless it’s sliced on a sandwich) and I know Willie’s pork roast is going to be great. The rest of our menu is exactly the same as yours! I’ve hosted Thanksgiving for many years now and you’re preparing yours the best way I know how: being organized and planning ahead. Preparing in steps takes away all the pressure, so you can actually enjoy the holiday with family and friends. Yours will be great and we look forward to hearing all about it.
P.S. We have no specific stuffing recipe: sausage, apples, raisins, celery, white wine, onion and just one suggestion … home made croutons 🙂
